Thank you to Yande and his team. Their warm welcome made us feel at home immediately. Yande was so helpful whenever we needed advice, had questions or wanted to organize something. His team was discreet when we wished for privacy and on hand as soon as we asked for them. We had a perfect stay!

This place is magical. Better than the pictures. The service staff were incredible. This is the only place to stay when in Ubud. It was close to everything and was a peaceful retreat after seeing the sights. Everything was taken care of by Yande and his staff. Fresh cooked breakfast and dinner. Fantastic drinks. Outstanding massages on property.I’ve rented high-end properties all over the world and this place is at another level. More than enough space for multiple families to unwind and then come together at the pool for dinner. Showers under the stars and waking up to the forest.My only regret is that we only stayed for two nights. My family and I will be back and this time for much longer. We had parents in their 80s and young children. Something for everyone.

Villa Sagitta is a wonderful villa just outside the busy area of Ubud. The views are magical, the pool splendid and this all made for a fantastic stay for our party of 10 people. All rooms have a bathroom and this creates an atmosphere of a small, exclusive private resort around the private pool. The outside terrace at the pool is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Now for the staff. Yande and his team Agus, Katon, Rai, Komang and Pica as the gardener go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are very friendly and always available to assist with everything you need to know or do. But the best part is their ability to create a restaurant atmosphere inside the villa! From cocktails to milkshakes to fruit-shakes or cold Bintangs or wines. Everything is available. But the best part is the freshly made Balinese food! Very tasteful! And the last evening the Balinese Feast was amazing! The best holiday experience ever. We hope to return one day.

Incredible! If you are sitting on the fence or have a bunch of villas and cannot decide - just book it! The villa is more beautiful than the photos and is in a quiet and peaceful location. It is Yande and his team that make this property stand out - from the service to the food! Omg the food is amazing. You must try the Balinese porridge for breakfast!

I can't tell you in words what we experienced. Instead I am going to try and transport you into our experience based on our sensory experiences.Entering the villa the air smelled of incense and warm coconut milk that immediately calmed us. We were welcomed by panoramic views of the jungle. The air felt balmy and created a sense of safety. There was a low hum of distant chanting coming from a nearby temple and the lullaby of croaks and ribbits.We were most thankful for an unforgettable experience to Yande, Agus, Komang, Katon and Rai and for all they did to turn everyday into an adventure and sensory experience for us through organizing our transport and helping us to plan every trip. Not to mention the delicious meals they cooked for us when we were not in the mood to go and eat out.We were sad to leave Yande and his wonderful team!

A stunning location set in the tree tops, surrounded by waterfalls, butterflies, breathtaking views and beautiful sunshine! This property is absolutely gorgeous with great attention given to the details that provide their guests with all of the comforts of home but enhanced with 5 star service and delicious, delicious food. The staff, lead by Yande, who is a true hospitality professional, made our stay one of the most memorable trips my family has ever experienced .....anywhere! We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Ubud. The service was excellent, and everything was well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Yande was especially nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile. Staying here truly felt like living in the middle of the forest — peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we would definitely love to come back again.

I could not fault Villa Sagitta.Pictures just do not do this place justice. The view was just to die for and the location was perfectly secluded. There is a beautiful walk down to a waterfall, and the near by villages are lovely.We did end up spending a lot of time lounging by the pool because the space was just so perfect we didn’t want to leave. We also did morning yoga on the deck over looking the bush, and had masseuses come to the villa.Further, the staff are exceptional. I’ve never stayed at a place where they make you feel like family/so at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I could not recommend this stay enough. Hope to be back soon!!

The view is magnificent. The swimming pool and terrace are very pleasant. It's a very beautiful character house with high-quality decor. Many of antique objects. We feel at home. The rooms are beautiful. Very comfortable bedding. The meals offered are delicious. Excellent massages and treatments. Yande and the whole team are very attentive and very friendly. The service is perfect. They are here all day. Magnificent waterfall right next door and a small, authentic village with a lovely walk through the rice paddies.
